We provide a comprehensive guide to official pickleball rules plus blog articles featuring strategies, regular updates on the latest news and personal stories.
We also provide an in-depth look at all the essential equipment needed for a great pickleball experience with reviews on paddles, balls, nets, shoes, bags and pickleball machines.
As part of our services, we provide content images that help highlight the rules, strategies, stories and products that are reviewed on the website. By signing a media release, participants confirm that they are granting Pickleball Patty a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide right and license to use the images taken by our photographer for publication in any medium.
Participants hereby grant Full Release of all media and photo material to Pickleball Patty and its affiliated parties. They understand that this includes rights to reproduce the photos in printed materials including flyers, brochures, advertisements, print media and website. Participants also understand that these images may be used to promote Pickleball Patty and its affiliated parties.
Participants hereby warrant they have full authority to grant such rights and release Pickleball Patty from any liability in connection with the use of photos, including any claims for remuneration or damages that may arise from the photos.
Pickleball Patty is hereby granted full and unrestricted rights to use the photos in any manner or media now known or later developed for any purpose. This includes but is not limited to newspaper and magazine articles, websites, television broadcast, books, products etc. The photographer reserves all other rights not specifically granted herein.
